Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge of commercial or residential construction methods.
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management.
• Perform additional maintenance and construction duties as assigned.

Jentzsch Kearl Farms is seeking a reliable and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to perform facility maintenance, building repairs, and construction projects across our agricultural operations in Southern Idaho. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will:

Schedule

• Weekend work as needed

Work Location

This position supports company facilities throughout Mountain Home, Bliss, Hagerman, and the Twin Falls area. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance and be willing to travel between farm locations using a company vehicle.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related trade.


• Strong knowledge of commercial or residential construction methods and maintenance practices.


• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Valid Driver’s License required.


• Spanish-speaking ability preferred.
