Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Facilities & Utilities Maintenance Technician for Granite City, IL, on the night shift. You will maintain and repair plant utilities, boilers, HVAC, and site systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The role offers on-site work, a structured training path, and ongoing opportunities to expand across multi-system maintenance while supporting safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in industrial, facilities, or building systems.
• Technical training or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience in Electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in Mechanical maintenance.
• HVAC or facilities systems experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams or schematics.
• Follow all safety policies and actively support plant safety initiatives.
• Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and supporting quality standards across operations.

Responsabilidades

• Utilities & Facility Systems: Maintain and support systems including Steam Systems, HVAC/R, Chilled Water, Compressed Air, Vacuum, Electrical Power Distribution, Natural Gas, Fire Sprinkler Systems, City Water.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues; read schematics and use testing equipment to identify root causes.
• Preventative Maintenance & Reliability: Perform PMs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability; complete work orders and document activities.
• Team & Operational Support: Communicate across shifts; partner with vendors and contractors; maintain a safe work environment.

This role focuses on everything outside of production equipment, including utilities, building systems, and site infrastructure.
