Qualifications

• Certification in Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC, or Plumbing is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building maintenance service courses to students.
• Modify teaching approach using varied methods such as lectures and group projects.
• Maintain curriculum in accordance with Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) recommendations.
• Ensure eligible students take the occupational credential exam.
