Aoka is seeking a Building Inspector in Denton, TX to oversee construction projects, verify compliance with plans and codes, and guide contractors toward safe, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current ICC certifications and Texas Plumbing Inspector license required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Review documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain detailed reports and respond to client questions with guidance.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
• Support ongoing inspections and quality assurance across projects.
