The role is full-time and in-office at our Downtown Seattle location, requiring high proficiency in Revit and collaboration with engineers, designers, and BIM staff to deliver accurate models and coordinated drawing sets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience using Revit.
• Education in architecture, engineering, or BIM design technology.
• A/E/C industry experience (structural engineering preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction documents and print reading.

We're seeking an experienced Building Information Modeler to join our structural engineering team and contribute to complex projects across the United States and internationally. This is a full‑time, in‑office position in our Downtown Seattle office location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education in architecture, engineering, or BIM design technology
• 8+ years of professional experience using Revit
• A/E/C industry experience (structural engineering preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction documents and print reading
• Ability to interpret engineering markups, calculations, and sketches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rhino + Grasshopper, Revit + Dynamo, or coding for custom Revit add‑ins
• Experience modeling concrete, steel, and mass timber construction types
• Experience coordinating or overseeing work of other modelers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience training or mentoring team members
• Experience modeling structures with Tekla

Salary

$35.50 - $48.00 / Hour
