Cherry Creek School District is seeking a versatile facilities technician to perform building and outdoor maintenance across district schools, including elementary, middle, and high schools.

The role involves general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, cleaning, set-up for events, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• HSE/HS diploma required.
• No professional work experience required.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance tasks including cleaning, graffiti removal, wall patching, and painting. [Daily, 25%]
• Support school activities and events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up. [Daily, 25%]
• Perform outdoor maintenance including sweeping, trash pickup, snow/ice removal, and pressure washing annually. [Daily, 25%]
• Respond to maintenance requests via school radio/cell phone; may include emergency cleanups. [Daily, 15%]
• Audit facilities and report maintenance needs. [Daily, 5%]
• Perform other related duties as assigned. [Daily, 5%]
