Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience preferred.
• Prior field construction experience preferred.
• Advanced comprehension of drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work for subcontractors on upcoming bids.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure coverage.
• Develop project schedules.
• Assist in problem resolution during construction.
• Prepare various takeoffs for project components.
