Job Duties
In this role, you would be responsible for collaborating with other staff to complete site investigations, on-site diagnostic testing, analysis and reporting, and production of repair drawings and specifications.
You would work on a diverse array of project types and scopes and be expected to be curious and adaptable.
You would be responsible for tracking your project scope and budgets and effectively communicating with clients and other parties.
Travel is required throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The office is located in Alameda, California.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience with an architectural/engineering or contractor/construction management firm.
Significant field experience assessing existing buildings, performing forensic testing, and/or performing construction administration services in an architecture or engineering context.
Architectural candidates must have current progress towards AXP requirements/ARE exams and engineering candidates must have EIT with progress towards PE.
You must have a reliable car for travel to site visits.

Thorough technical knowledge of building enclosure design and construction principles, including local building codes
