Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee engineering operations for a Class A office portfolio in the United States. You will manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and BAS systems to ensure safety, reliability, and tenant comfort.

You will supervise engineering staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and oversee vendor relations and capital projects while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to enhance asset value and tenant satisfaction.
