Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Building Engineer I in Plano, TX to maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while handling tenant service requests during normal business hours. The role requires coordinating with senior engineers and contractors and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety adherence, with on-call rotations for emergencies.
The Building Engineer I is responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring systems operate safely under the guidance of senior engineers.
