Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Building Engineer I in Dallas to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will perform scheduled maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and support senior engineers in safety-compliant operations during standard business hours on-site.
The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with contractors, tenants, and property managers.
The Building Engineer I is responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring systems operate safely under the guidance of senior engineers.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position is 100% in-office . The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
