Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, including testing, commissioning, design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licensed or certified as Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or with IIBEC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage a team of engineers and project managers.
• Oversee operations related to Building Enclosure Consulting projects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including technical report reviews.
• Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Partner with recruiting to attract and hire top talent.
