Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with blueprints and basic tooling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical wiring, or related field.
• Prior experience leading a team of employees.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Basic understanding of tools (e.g. tape measure, impact drill).
