Job summary

val's services is seeking a Building Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment. You will perform daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, and common areas, and help insure a neat campus for students and staff.

The role also covers operating cleaning equipment, minor repairs, grounds maintenance, and energy conservation. You will handle supplies, follow safety procedures, and communicate positively with staff and students to support a healthy learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning standards, building codes, safety precautions.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform manual tasks.
• Experience in building and grounds maintenance preferred.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair, with the ability to climb heights and perform manual tasks.
