Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Building Controls Technician to provide services for building automation hardware and software. This includes updating JACEs and enhancing building systems compliance. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the Niagara N4 Framework and relevant experience.

This position involves a minimum of 25% travel across various states and offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Niagara N4 Framework and advanced certifications.
• Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits.
• Knowledge of DDC Control Theory related to HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Update existing JACEs to comply with current EBCS standards.
• Monitor HVAC and controls through EMCS and EBCS systems.
• Assist in installation of control hardware.
