Responsabilidades

• Perform field inspections and re-inspections for compliance with codes.
• Receive complaints and handle enforcement problems.
• Inspect existing buildings for hazards and occupancy certificates.
• Issue warnings and stop work orders for non-compliant work.
• Review plans to ensure code compliance and document findings.
• Testify in court on code violation cases and maintain records.
