Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets with clients and reviews plans to ensure compliance with city codes and ordinances.
• Inspects designated areas for code/ordinance violations and issues citations as needed.
• Computes fees for building and plumbing permits.
• Performs field inspections for new construction, additions, alterations, and demolitions.
• Maintains inspection logs and reports, and communicates findings to staff and the public.
