Job summary

Richfield Public Schools is seeking a full-time Building Cleaner for the 2nd shift at Richfield High School to perform daily housekeeping, cleaning and light maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe environment for students, staff and visitors. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to operate power cleaning equipment safely, and possess the physical stamina for the role.

A second Class C boiler license is preferred if required.

Job description

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Building Cleaner- 2nd shift at Richfield High School. This position will perform a variety of daily housekeeping, cleaning and light maintenance responsibilities in a timely, courteous manner that helps maintain a clean, safe environment for students, staff and visitors. Qualifications:

• High school or GED.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to operate power cleaning equipment in a safe manner at all times and consistently follow manufacturers' directions for the use and application of cleaning chemicals, materials and supplies.
• Demonstrate strength and stamina to perform assigned responsibilities of this position.
• Ability and willingness to pursue and hold a second Class C boiler license if necessary.

Schedule:

Full time, 2nd shift

Pay Rate:

$20.62-$22.76 with .20 night differential (Based on experience). Please note, the current rate is for the 2025-26 and contract is currently under negotiation for the 2026-27 school year.
