Job summary

Persistence Prep in Buffalo is seeking a Building-Based Substitute Teacher to support our K-4 to 8th grade program under a regular substitute appointment. The role is on-site at 378 Urban Street, Buffalo, NY 14211, with a starting salary of $45,000 and a strong focus on delivering a high-quality education in a charter school setting.

The ideal candidate will hold Pre K-6 and Students with Disabilities certifications (or equivalent) and be committed to equity and a rigorous academic program

Qualifications

• Certification in Pre K-6 and Students with Disabilities across grades 1-6 is required.
• Elementary Education credential with special education eligibility is preferred.
• Teaching credential authorizing K-8 instruction is required or equivalent.
