Job summary

The Georgia Building Authority is seeking a Building Automation Specialist 3 to oversee and optimize building automation, direct digital, electrical and pneumatic control systems. You may serve as a lead worker for a crew of skilled employees and perform other duties as assigned.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of related experience; or three years at the Building Safety Spec 2 level with NBIS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or four years of related experience.
• Three years of related experience if no degree.
• Experience with building automation controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise building automation and control systems.
• Lead a crew of skilled employees when required.
• Interpret and apply BAS and mechanical drawings.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
