Base Pay Range

$95,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Heading up the BAS/BMS Division in NY, NJ, PA

Hybrid, Long Island, New York

Up to $110,000 - 145,000 + Bonus, Medical, Dental & Vision

I am currently representing a leading New York company that delivers bespoke comprehensive BAS solutions, managing iconic projects from design through to commissioning and maintenance in NY for the last 40 years. Finding innovative ways to improve the implementation of new systems and working with some of the best in the field.

Your Responsibilities

• Programming using Comfort Point and Tridium Niagara
• Capable of understanding engineering drawings
• Mentor the team and provide necessary training

Your background in the following but not essential

• 3+ years programming from scratch using Niagara framework
• Ability to program a chiller plant and other large systems from scratch
