Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Building Automation Project Manager in Westmont, IL, a hybrid, full-time role overseeing BAS and DDC projects for data centers and healthcare clients in the Chicago area.

You will lead projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinate with clients on scope and progress, and guide field techs and subs to hit budget and schedule. Office presence 1–2 days weekly in the western suburbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Building Automation Project Management experience.
• Experience with BAS and DDC controls projects.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting for projects.
• Experience in managing technicians and subcontractors.

Must-Haves

What You'll Do
