Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of building automation projects. You will coordinate design, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with safety and quality in mind.

The role requires 3–5+ years in PM within building services, with deep knowledge of BMS platforms and integration protocols. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
  • Strong background in BMS and control systems.
  • Experience in mission‑critical facilities like data centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee BMS design, installation, commissioning, and integration with other building systems.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Lead FAT, SAT, IST and project handover; complete as‑built drawings and manuals.
  • Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change orders.
