Veregy is seeking a skilled Building Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize control systems for commercial facilities in the Phoenix area. You will advance energy efficiency by refining sequences and integrating HVAC, lighting, and access control within a cohesive platform.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, commissioning and documentation, and timely responses to client concerns. A strong background in building automation with CAD/3D tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.
• Five+ years in building automation system design and implementation.
• Chilled water systems knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of CAD or 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Assists engineering and project teams with design, programming, and commissioning of building automation systems.
• Writes and optimizes building automation control sequences to reduce energy consumption and increase facility efficiency.
• Assists project teams with the creation of design and construction documents as they relate to building automation systems and other Veregy technology products.
• Troubleshoots low voltage circuitry in the field and verifies that functional requirements are met.
• Responds to and rectifies customer issues or occupant comfort complaints in a timely manner.
