The ideal candidate has 5+ years in building automation or related fields, and is proficient with BAS platforms (BACnet, Niagara/Tridium, Distech, Honeywell) with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of building automation, HVAC controls, or a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings.
• Familiarity with BAS platforms such as BACnet, Tridium or Niagara, Distech or Honeywell.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support programming, system integration, and commissioning activities.
• Assist with startup and functional testing of BAS projects.
• Develop control drawings, submittals, and operation manuals.
• Contribute to project delivery under guidance of senior team members.
• Ensure safety, continuous improvement and policy adherence.
