Candidates should have 3-5 years in the HVAC controls industry, capable of troubleshooting and servicing systems with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. A background in mechanical/electrical construction and proficiency in relevant software is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years field experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• Knowledge of commissioning tools and field circuit debugging skills preferred.
• Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install and service Building Automation systems.
• Commissioning DDC Systems and software integration.
• Work with mechanical and electrical field teams.

They are actively seeking Building Automation Controls Technicians with strong ability to troubleshoot, install, service and/or program Building Automation systems. Junior level to Senior level people who are technologically driven. Additional skills include:

• Able to program and trouble shoot BMS system and controllers.
• Tridium- N-4 is a plus.
