Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is hiring a Building Automation and Controls Manager to lead BAS strategy and system optimization across 55+ facilities. The role involves developing a team of Building System Engineers and ensuring efficient operations, upgrades, and cybersecurity policies.

Travel to North American locations is required. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred) and 7+ years of BAS experience with HVAC expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of Building Automation Systems experience including BAS programming.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Travel to Uline’s North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and direct optimization of HVAC controls and BAS for 55+ buildings.
• Develop a team of Building System Engineers to ensure efficient operations and performance standards.
• Maintain and support system upgrades, cybersecurity policies and standard processes.
• Partner with Operations and Construction teams to identify improvements for building controls.
