Job summary

Boston University is seeking an experienced BAS Controls Engineer to manage building automation, lighting control, and monitoring-based commissioning across campus projects.

You will serve as the campus subject matter expert on BAS, coordinate with Union Technicians and SMEs, and troubleshoot complex HVAC and control-system issues.

The BAS Controls Engineer (BACE) maintains a comfortable and safe environment through the management of the Building Automation System (BAS), lighting control systems, and monitoring based commissioning systems. The BAS Controls Engineer works as the campus subject matter expert pertaining to Building Automation Systems. These systems are implemented in every major construction project at BU. The BACE works with the Union Technicians, and subject matter experts to resolve technical issues associated with the BAS, HVAC, or Lighting Control Systems.
