Suncoast Enclosures in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Builder Trainee to join our installation team.

You will install custom screen enclosures, patio covers, and aluminum framing systems for residential and commercial customers, emphasizing quality workmanship and precise building. This hands-on role offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with a competitive hourly pay of $20–$28, a vehicle allowance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or skilled trade experience preferred.
• Experience with screen enclosures or aluminum framing is an asset.
• Ability to read measurements and installation drawings.
• Valid driver's license and a work vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Stretch and secure screen materials and install hardware and fasteners according to specifications.
• Perform adjustments, alignment checks, and testing to ensure proper function.
• Install screen enclosures, patio covers, aluminum framing systems and related components at job sites.
• Load, transport, unload, and stage installation materials and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with installation team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Provide guidance to helpers or junior installers when required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Builder Trainee to join our St. Louis Installation team. In this role you will install custom screen enclosures, patio covers, and aluminum framing systems for residential and commercial customers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys building with precision, and wants to be part of a team that creates exceptional outdoor living spaces.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
