Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years MLO experience
• Builder background preferred
• TRID experience is a must
• FHA and VA financing knowledge helpful
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Guide KB Home purchasers through the loan process from pre-qualification to closing
• Pre-qualify prospective buyers and review financing options
• Collaborate with KB Home sales team and fulfill documentation requirements
• Maintain pipeline and provide weekly status updates with Branch Manager
• Market KBHS products to potential sources and represent KBHS professionally
