Flower Mound Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Oncologist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build your own oncology service within an established practice, with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

The ideal candidate holds a DVM or VMD, board certification or residency in oncology, and a passion for high-quality, personalized care.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Board certification or residency-trained in veterinary oncology.
• Strong desire to build and develop a new service within the practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build your own oncology service within the practice.
• Collaborate with our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of complex medical conditions in small animals.
• Work closely with pet owners to educate them on their pet's condition, treatment options, and ongoing care.
• Participate in continuing education and stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary oncology.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
