Job summary

ADP WFN Test Company 1 is hiring a BVT Analyst in Anchorage, AK, to analyze data related to business value transformation and ensure software builds meet quality standards. You will design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test suites, collaborating with development and QA teams to catch defects early in the lifecycle.

You will work on CI/CD pipelines and testing practices to drive continuous improvement, delivering stable builds for timely product releases within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with software testing methodologies, particularly build verification testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, or Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual build verification test cases to validate software builds.
• Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to understand build changes and update test suites accordingly.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor build health and provide timely feedback to ensure early detection of integration issues.
• Document test procedures, results, and best practices to support continuous improvement of the BVT process.
