Job summary

AXIENT LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to advance build automation and platform tooling for multiple software packages. You will enhance pipelines, manage containerized services, and collaborate with IT to acquire required hardware and licenses.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and 5+ years of related experience. The team focuses on robust automation, on-prem and hybrid deployments, and compliance with government guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
5+ years of experience in build automation / platform engineering.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containerization and scripting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain C++, Python, and MERN stack build infrastructure and pipelines.
Configure services for build, delivery, deployment, and configuration management.
Interface with IT staff to obtain hardware, software, and licenses for services.
Assist developers with troubleshooting build and deployment issues.
Configure and build containers (Docker, Singularity, podman) to support build processes.
