Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Biloxi is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage team member to greet guests, answer questions, and promote daily specials. You will stand for full shifts and maintain cleanliness while delivering top-notch service.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, flexibility to work weekends and evenings, and strong communication. Training and growth opportunities are provided as part of our Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior food handling or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner with customers and colleagues.
• Performs all duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Displays knowledge of all menu selections and daily specials.
• Answers questions and makes suggestions.
• Performs cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
• Reports issues and/or guest complaints to leadership.
• Serves as an ambassador for all Food and Beverage outlets.
• Supports and demonstrates superior customer service per standards.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and reports potential issues.
• Maintains confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
