Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a responsible kitchen team member to prep food during assigned shifts and assist in all areas of food production. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, and support the dishwashing station with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

As part of a team, you will help keep the kitchen organized, stock needed items, and adapt to varying outlet needs while meeting Grand Casino’s high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and production specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations.
• Reliable and punctual.
