Job summary

Danaher in Fargo, ND is seeking a Buffer Prep Operator I to perform and train in buffer prep tasks with growing independence and ownership in daily operations.

You will support advanced buffer prep processes, including column packing, resin prep, and ABEC tank operations, while contributing to cycle counts and continuous improvements like 5S and ergonomics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic.
• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Documentation experience in a GDP environment.
• Wearing PPE; hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, boot covers.
• 1 year in buffer prep manufacturing in a regulated environment preferred.

• Support advanced Buffer Prep processes, including column packing, resin preparation, and ABEC tank operations.
• Complete cycle counts and own continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, ergonomic improvements, and other process improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic.
• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role, lifting and moving material and equipment of 50lbs. or less; working with large barrel dollies as needed and exhibiting safe practices.
• Documentation experience in a GDP environment.
• Wearing PPE; up to and including hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, and boot covers.
• 1 year in buffer prep manufacturing in a regulated environment preferred.
