Job summary

Eaze is hiring to join our Florida retail team. You will promote a positive, customer-focused environment, provide product knowledge, and deliver excellent service in-store and for calls and online orders.

The role includes handling POS transactions, maintaining merchandising standards, and assisting with inventory and signage to support sales. Qualified candidates will have strong reliability, the ability to work in a fast-paced store, and a willingness to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail.
• Must pass a level 2 background and fingerprinting within 72 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented work environment.

What the role is about

Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store through product knowledge.

What impact you'll make

• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service


• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops


• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner


• Assists customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders


• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge


• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the


• training and compliance binder


• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise


• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards


• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated


• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld


• Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment

What you’ve accomplished

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required

• Must have reliable transportation to store
