Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Delaware state regulations.
• 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related role preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical cannabis and its consumption methods.
• Familiarity with Delaware cannabis products and transaction limits.
• Understanding of state cannabis regulations and dispensary compliance protocols.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic software programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.

Pay Range: $15.15/hr + Tips

Position Summary:
