Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance roles.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Support the firm’s annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities with the Financial Analysis Manager.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain budget data (personnel, benefits, operating expenses, department submissions).
• Collaborate with department leaders to collect and analyze budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning information.
• Maintain budget information in budgeting software and implement approved updates.
• Prepare budget schedules, variance analyses, and materials for the annual budget book.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership and departments.
• Develop presentations and reporting materials communicating financial results and insights to audiences.
• Monitor operating expenses and support budget oversight and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity across budgeting and accounting systems and support reporting enhancements.
• Review expense allocations for consistency with budget and tax reporting practices.
• Assist in preparing schedules for federal, state, local tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Review and validate financial data used in tax filings.
• Assist in compiling annual partner tax package information.
• Support responses to tax notices, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Coordinate and complete special projects and strategic initiatives.
