XLA is seeking a mid-level Budget Analyst II to provide financial management, budgeting, and program execution support for Federal programs. The role serves as a financial advisor, performing budget analysis, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.

The position requires robust experience with DoJ/FBI/DHS funding mechanisms, funds control, and budget execution, and requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• Minimum five to eight years of federal budgeting and financial management experience.
• Experience with budget formulation, budget execution, financial reporting, and expenditure management.
• Experience with reimbursable programs, interagency agreements, grants, cooperative agreements, or other Federal funding mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of financial resources for Federal programs.
• Act as financial advisor to program managers, financial leadership, and customer organizations.
• Validate financial transactions and ensure compliance with Federal regulations and internal controls.
