• Clearance: Secret (all levels)

Job Description

Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a Department of Justice law enforcement task force program.

Summary of Duties

• Assist with fiscal program management, including planning and preparing budget submissions and descriptions.
• Perform regular financial and program analysis.
• Develop routine and ad hoc financial and program reports.
• Provide status updates on program funds.
• Prepare financial and other reports.
• Perform daily on-site fiscal management and oversight to ensure project expenditures are correctly obligated and within policy guidelines, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications

• Education/Experience:
• Level I: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience.
• Level II: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience.
• Level III: Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience or Master’s degree and 4 years’ experience.
• Level IV: Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience or Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience.
• Active SECRET security clearance (all levels).
• Knowledge of federal budget formulation practices.
• Experience in financial and program analysis.
• Ability to track expenditures.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to compile complex reports.

Working Conditions

• Extended periods of sitting and working at a computer keyboard.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, sit, stand, walk, and run.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
