Responsibilities

• Perform routine Budget Analyst functions for one or more funds.
• Verify GFEBS information, consolidate data, and prepare monthly charts for leadership.
• Monitor and review fund use throughout the fiscal year with spreadsheet software.
• Review department estimates for supplies, travel, overtime, and budgets.
• Assist in formulating the annual Brigade and Command Budget Estimate.
• Provide routine financial analytical and advisory services for hospital budgets.
• Determine propriety and cost effectiveness of funding requests.
