The candidate will lead budget development, execution and monitoring across departments, and mentor junior analysts while coordinating with leaders and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of budget/financial analysis experience, U.S.

Competenze

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Minimum 7 years of budget or financial analysis experience.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Experience mentoring analysts and briefing senior leadership.
• Federal budget formulation and execution experience preferred.

• Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of budgets across departments, aligned with organizational objectives
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems for financial accuracy, consistency and integrity
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and forecasting to support decision making
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management on performance, key metrics and budget variance
• Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies and maintain strong financial controls
• Mentor junior budget analysts
