Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for full-time, non-exempt work in Morganton, NC. The role trims and removes trees, operates required tools and equipment, and supports job sites with safety-conscious practices.

You will work outdoors in varied weather, follow safety protocols, and cooperate with customers and local authorities. Entry-level position; HS diploma preferred. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into woodchipper.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, and operates trucks as assigned.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clear and orderly.
• Trains new employees and inspects tools and equipment.
