Job summary

Asplundh Careers is seeking a Bucket Operator (CDL Required) for a full-time, non-exempt position. The role pays $30.67–$34.67 per hour depending on experience, with benefits varying by position and location.

Responsibilities include supervising crew work, obtaining access from property owners, ensuring safety around energized lines, operating equipment, and training new personnel. CDL is mandatory; union dues may apply where required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be familiar with the electrical hazard.
• Possesses working knowledge to identify tree and shrub species.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, directs, checks, and coordinates work.
• Obtains permission to trim or remove trees; arranges access with customer or property owner.
• Promotes good customer relations and safe work practices while clearing and trimming near utility lines.
• Operates and services equipment including buckets, saws, and sprayers.
• Trains new personnel.
