Xylem Tree Experts in Kentucky is seeking a Bucket Foreperson to coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete contracts safely and efficiently. You will rely on at least 2 years of bucket truck experience and may have prior foreperson or crew-leader responsibilities.
The role requires a valid driver's license (CDL preferred) and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will supervise daily tasks, ensure PPE use, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
The Bucket Foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies in order to complete all jobs according to contract specifications. Must have at least 2 years of professional experience operating a Bucket Truck. Experience as a Foreperson or Crew Leader is preferred. Driver's license is required; CDL preferred.
The Foreperson has no direct reports, but directs crew members to prepare equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for each day’s work.
Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred
High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
Must meet I-9 requirements.
