Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for driving Strategic Programs & initiatives, track business performance and identify improvement areas through data driven program management.

Support leadership in business planning, reporting, and process optimization

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and all functions including finance, HR, Legal and others to help drive the business objectives.

Help drive Client Governance by creating presentations (PPTs), reviewing data.

Lead data analytic to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.

Manage team deliverables, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.

Desired Candidate

• At least 3 years of post MBA experience or 2 years experience in supporting US$ 50 Mn+ business units.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in program management or business operations. •Excellent in PowerPoint and stakeholder reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Prior exposure to business improvement initiatives is an advantage.
