Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a recent graduate to contribute to real business and operations projects across rotations, analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

You will apply AI and automation to streamline processes and drive efficiency, partnering across functions to deliver impact. Present project outcomes to program leadership at checkpoints, ramp quickly on new domains, and engage in mentorship and cross-cohort activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree completed within the last two years (new college graduate).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt across new teams, domains, and tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to leadership.
  • Collaborative approach and eagerness to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
