Story Inc in the SF Bay Area is hiring a BTS Shooter / Editor to capture the people, process, and moments behind Story's work. You'll shoot across client productions, original series, and everyday studio life, then turn that footage into content for our social channels.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to keep shooting, keep editing, and develop their craft alongside a working production team. Responsibilities include capturing behind‑the-scenes footage, editing BTS content for

Qualifications

• A reel or social portfolio showing shooting and editing work.
• Basic proficiency with a camera and an editing tool such as Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
• Prior professional experience and a college degree are not required.

Responsibilities

• Capture behind-the-scenes footage on client shoots, original productions, and around the studio.
• Edit BTS content for Story's social channels.
• Work quickly from capture to finished edit while the moment is still relevant.
• Spot interesting moments and bring your own ideas for what to film.
• Organize and archive footage so the team can find and reuse it.
• Work closely with editors, producers, and directors throughout production.
