The Build-to-Rent Onsite Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and overall appearance of the assigned community. This role ensures a clean, secure, and well‑maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and team members through timely completion of maintenance requests and proactive property upkeep. The technician serves as a key onsite representative, supporting resident satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence through responsive service and high‑quality workmanship. This position requires strong technical maintenance skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced residential.
